Velvet Rope Rentals, LLC rents winter ski and snowboard equipment, and delivers this equipment, to registered customers within Whitefish, Montana. Service is performed by phone, email, and owned website domains, velvetroperentals.com and rentals.velvetroperentals.com. For the purpose of this document, Service shall refer to our websites listed above.

When visitors use the Service contact forms we collect your name, phone, and email address. By using our reservation system you are giving Velvet Rope Rentals, LLC consent to process your order and contact you to confirm the physical location of rental equipment drop-off.

Who our Service is for
Our Service is for Adults and our products are for both adults and children. The only information we retain for children is shoe size, height and weight, strictly used to assign the safest, proper ski/snowboard gear.
How long we retain your data
We are currently evaluating our options for your safety and our ability to provide you an optimal service. Once confirmed we will update our policy.
You may request any data we have on file for you be erased from our systems at any time. To request erasure please email velvetroperentals@gmail.com

According to GDPR standards you have the right to object to how we process your data. We may provide you with legitimate basis for our processing. We take great care to protect your privacy by restricting access to payment processing to Company Owners and our reservation platform programmer.

Our website https://www.velvetroperentals.com provides a rental reservation service. This service is accessed at the Reservations link on the website. This section of our service is external and managed separately.
